What we collect

If you join the waitlist, we store the email address you type, the moment you joined, which form you used, the page that referred you, your browser's user-agent string, and a two-letter country code that our host derives from your connection.

We do not ask for your name. We do not use cookies. We do not run advertising or tracking pixels, and we do not build a profile of you.

Why we collect it

To write to you once, on October 1, 2026, when havnr opens. That is the purpose, and it is the only one. The country code and referrer tell us roughly where interest is coming from, in aggregate, so we know which regions to open in first.

The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form. You may withdraw it at any time, and withdrawing it deletes the record.

Who can see it

We do not sell your address, rent it, share it with advertisers, or pass it to anyone for their own purposes. It is stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure, which hosts this page and the database behind it, and is reachable only by us. No key that could read the list exists in your browser.

How long we keep it

Until launch, and for twelve months after, so we can honour the promise we made you. After that, addresses that never became accounts are deleted. If you ask us to delete yours sooner, we do it and it takes precedence over the above.

We also keep a short log of submission times per IP address, for ten minutes at a time, purely to stop automated abuse of the form. It is not linked to your address and is not used for anything else.

Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom you also have the right to object to processing, to restrict it, and to complain to your national data protection authority. If you are in Brazil, the same rights apply under the LGPD.

To exercise any of them, message @havnr.app on Instagram. We answer within thirty days, and usually much sooner. A dedicated address will be published here as soon as it is live.

Children

havnr is not directed at anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly keep an address belonging to a child. If one reaches us, tell us and we delete it.

Changes

If this page changes in a way that affects what we do with your address, we will say so in the launch email rather than quietly editing the text. The date at the top always reflects the current version.
