These terms govern your use of the havnr website and, at launch, the havnr app, operated by Havnr LTDA ("havnr", "we"). By using our website or joining the waitlist, you agree to these terms.

1. What havnr is — and is not

havnr is a wellness and habit-change tool built on established behavioral science. It is not medical care, psychotherapy, or a substitute for professional treatment. If you are in crisis, please seek qualified professional help or your local emergency services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use havnr.

3. Early access

Joining the waitlist costs nothing and creates no obligation. Pricing shown on the site is planned launch pricing and may be adjusted before launch; waitlist members will be notified of the final terms before any purchase.

4. Subscriptions (at launch)

• Every plan starts with a free trial, clearly disclosed before you commit.
• You can cancel anytime before the trial ends and pay nothing.
• Subscriptions are billed through the App Store or Google Play and follow their refund policies.

5. Community rules

The Tribe is anonymous and moderated. Content that harasses, doxxes, sexualizes, or endangers others is removed and may lead to a ban. Be honest, be kind — everyone there is fighting the same fight.

6. Your content

You own what you write in havnr. You grant us only the limited license needed to display your anonymous posts inside the community. Journals and private entries are yours alone.

7. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to break, reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse the service, and do not try to identify anonymous community members.

8. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, havnr is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence still apply.
